Unopened and unused products: 14 days from delivery.
Opened cosmetics only if defective.

How to return
Email info.primakorea@gmail.com with order number and photos. We send instructions and return details.

Refund timing
Processed within 14 business days after inspection. Refund via Stripe to the original payment method.

Return shipping
Buyer pays unless item is defective. Defective items: we cover return shipping.
