Terms & Conditions — Prima Korea

Parties
These terms govern purchases from Prima Korea (registered as PRIMA K, obrt za usluge).

Orders & Acceptance
An order is an offer. We accept by sending an order confirmation email.

Prices & Payment
Prices do not include VAT because Prima Korea is not a VAT payer under Article 90 of the Croatian VAT Act.
Payments are processed by Stripe.

Shipping & Delivery
See our Shipping Policy. Delivery times are estimates.

Returns & Refunds
See our Refund Policy. For defective items contact info.primakorea@gmail.com within the required period.

Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the value of the order.

Governing Law
Croatian law applies. Disputes handled by local courts.
